That's A Lot: WWE Reportedly Has Very High Expectations For Incoming Superstar

They have an idea. WWE is a rapidly changing wrestling promotion as there are all kinds of wrestlers coming and going from the company in any given year. You might see someone who has been around for a long time step away, but all of those wrestlers had to come in at some point. That is what we should be seeing soon, and it seems that WWE has some very high expectations.

Former Stardom wrestler Giulia made her first WWE appearances at NXT Stand & Deliver but has yet to wrestle a match for the promotion. According to Fightful Select by way of Cagesideseats.com, some in NXT believe that Giulia will be seen as the female face of the promotion. One source said she may do even better than Asuka, who left NXT undefeated. Giulia is rumored to debut at Heatwave on July 7, but is deatling with a wrist injury from a show in Japan earlier this week.

Opinion: Giulia feels like someone who could become a big star, but those are some rather large shoes to fill. Asuka is one of the biggest stars the NXT has ever seen and being bigger than her might be too much to overcome. It is rarely a good idea to put such big expectations on someone, as while Giulia is great, it isn’t fair to initially expect her to be one of the best ever. At least see what she can do in NXT first.
