Tell Me He Didn't Miss That: WWE Hall Of Famer Explains Recent Absence

He’s on a break. WWE has turned their major events into some of the most impressive wrestling productions that you will see anywhere. In addition to the wrestling itself, there is also a pre-show previewing each event, featuring a variety of legends and analysts talking about what to expect during the event. Now though, we might not be seeing one such legend for a long time.

WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. was absent from the Backlash Premium Live Event last weekend. The absence was addressed during the most recent edition of Booker T.’s Hall Of Fame podcast, where it was revealed that Booker T. was not present because the show was aired on location. Booker T. will not be around for any pre-show until Summerslam for the same reason. There is nothing to suggest that he will be missing any commentary with NXT.

Opinion: This makes sense, as there is no need to have so many people travel for little more than a bunch of talking. Save that for one of the biggest shows of the year like Summerslam, where the bigger names come out. It is nice to have the legends around, but having them around for the most important shows makes things feel that better when they do show up.
