That was different. WWE presents a variety of wrestling shows every week and some of them air live on television. Those shows are often some of the most important things that WWE offers at any given time and it can be a big deal when WWE does something a bit different. That is what they did this week after a show that took place last week for a special reason.

This week’s Monday Night Raw was taped last week as the second half of a double taping, with the intent of giving the roster some extra time off during the holiday season. According to Fightful Select, the show was taped in a different order than the way it aired during the broadcast. The original taping ended with Rhea Ripley’s return, while the broadcast ended with Bronson Reed defeating Seth Rollins. There were also said to be multiple lines of audio added throughout the show.

Opinion: This isn’t something that makes a big change for the show but there is something interesting about knowing how the show went in its original form. WWE does not often tape Monday Night Raw, or any of its shows for that matter, in advance, and it is rare that they get to do something like this. It was certainly a big show and the people who were there live saw the same content, just in a different format.
