Maybe next time. WWE has a bad problem having a lot of its wrestlers sitting around on the sidelines for long stretches at a time. You never know when you are going to see someone pop up again and that is a shame. With so much talent on the roster, it is horrible to see wrestlers not getting to be out there and showcase what they can do. One wrestler seemed ready to return but it fell through at the last minute.

The WWE women’s division has come a long way in a few years and have reached the point where they have a lot of talented women sitting on the sidelines. That is a shame as several of them could be out there doing some very good things but they do not make it onto television for one reason or another. It seemed that one was ready to return this week but it fell through.

Nikki Cross sent out a tweet before this week’s Monday Night Raw, showing her in the new gear that she had made for her return to television. However, Cross’ return seems to have been canceled or postpones as she was neither seen nor mentioned on this week’s show. Cross last wrestled on the February 1 Monday Night Raw and has only wrestled two matches this year at all.

Cross is too talented to be left sitting around. Check out what she can do in the ring:

Alexa Bliss vs. Nikki Cross: Raw, Feb. 1, 2021

Nikki Cross vs. Lacey Evans: SmackDown, Sept. 18, 2020

Opinion: This is one of those things I do not understand. Why would you not want someone like Cross on your show? WWE is current featuring several women but it is not like they are irreplaceable. It would be nice to see Cross on television a bit more as she very well may be an upgrade over what we have now. I’m not sure why WWE won’t let her be around more often, but hopefully she gets back sooner rather than later, if nothing else to make her feel better.
