Starting Fast: WWE Reportedly Has These Six Matches Set For Summerslam

That’s a lot of the show. We are done with WWE Money In The Bank and there is about a month to go before Summerslam. That means WWE is going to have to start hustling to set up the show, which will be one of their biggest of the year. The show is going to need to fill an NFL sized stadium again and now it seems that a good chunk of the card has already been set up.

According to F4W Online, WWE has six matches planned for Summerslam. Here are the matches that are already set:

* Roman Reigns vs. Jey Uso
* Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar
* Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch
* Asuka vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Bianca Belair
* Gunther vs Drew McIntyre
* Ronda Rousey vs. Shayna Baszler

Logan Paul is also expected to have a match but there is no word on who he would be facing. Most of these matches were set up either at Money In The Bank or in recent weeks. There is no word on how many matches the final card will include. Summerslam is scheduled to take place on August 5 at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.

Opinion: This is a good chunk of a big time card and Summerslam is already looking good from this far out. If WWE goes in this direction with everything and then puts some more similar matches on the card, we should be in for a heck of a Summerslam. WWE has been on something of a roll with major events lately and there is a good chance that Summerslam can be added to that list.
