Star Power: Update On Possible Celebrity Appearances At WrestleMania 40

That’s an interesting group. We are less than a week away from WrestleMania 40 and that means it is time to start putting the final touches on the show. That is easier said that done as some of the parts are more than a bit complicated to make work. One thing that the show is known for is its use of celebrities and now we have some more names who are being added to the list.

There are multiple celebrities either set for WrestleMania or that WWE is hoping will be able to appear. First, this week on Monday Night Raw, Jey Uso ran into Lil Wayne, who said that he would be appearing at WrestleMania and would be debuting a new track on the show. Next, according to PWInsider.com, talk show host and actress Drew Barrymore is expected to be making an appearance. Finally, according to Fightful Select, WWE has reached out to former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce, who recently retired from the NFL, about a potential appearance. There is no word on if a deal has been made.

Opinion: This is what WWE tends to do every year for WrestleMania and the question now is just who the company can get and what they are going to be able to do on the show. It can make for some great moments, though not handling things properly can create quite the mess of a situation. Hopefully these work out well, as there is potential to do some good stuff here.
