SmackDown Tag Team Returns After Four Month Absence But Things Are Not Going Well

They’re back. There are all kinds of ways to bring wrestlers back to television after they have been missing for awhile. Some of the returns are announced in advance while others are more of a surprise. Either can make for quite the moment as it can cause things to go in a few different directions. That was the case this week but things did not go quite as expected.

The Good Brothers made their return to WWE TV this week on SmackDown, appearing in a backstage segment with AJ Styles. Karl Anderson pointed out that Styles had not contacted them while he was away, with Styles suggesting that the three of them were not ok. The Good Brothers have been out of action while Luke Gallows was recovering from an injury. They returned to action on live events earlier this month after being away from the ring since August.

Opinion: Things aren’t all quite well for the OC at the moment and that might make for an interesting path forward. The team has only done so well together since the Good Brothers returned and it might be better for them to split up again. That being said, the Good Brothers certainly need something to do, as they have barely been around in recent months and could go for a nice run.
