Not this time. There are all kinds of people who come together to make a wrestling show work but several of them do not ever actually wrestle. Those are the people who often work together on the broadcasting team in one way or another, which can make for some important moves when someone has to be shifted around. That is what we are going to be seeing, but it will be in the short term.

SmackDown broadcaster Joe Tessitore will miss this week’s show as he will be calling a Top Rank Boxing event on ESPN, according to a press release by way of 411mania.com. Tessitore is expected to return to his SmackDown duties the following week. It is not clear who will call SmackDown in Tessitore’s place along with Wade Barret for the week. Tessitore has been calling SmackDown since the beginning of the year.
Tessitore has one well so far. Check out some of his recent efforts:

Opinion: This is something that happens every so often and it should be interesting to see who takes Tessitore’s place for the week. Tessitore has done well during his short time on the WWE broadcasting team and thankfully there are some people who could take his place. It would not surprise me to see Corey Graves get the spot, but for now it is only going to be for a week.
What do you think of the change? Who should take Tessitore’s spot for the week? Let us know in the comments below.
