They’re keeping up with Monday. Earlier this week, “Monday Night Raw” suffered one of the worst nights this year in terms of viewership numbers. The Superstar Shakeup didn’t seem to work all that well for the red show but now the question is what happens on Tuesdays with the blue show. As it turns out, things aren’t great on either night.

According to Showbuzz Daily, “Smackdown Live” drew the lowest audience of the year with an average of 2.493 million viewers, down 2% from last week’s 2.544 million. This week’s show was headlined by Charlotte challenging Naomi for the Women’s Title in a rematch of last week’s non-title match.

Opinion: You mean a show headlined by a rematch and the rise of JINDER MAHAL didn’t draw all that well? This had to be expected and the fact that we’re coming up on one of the weirdest pay per views in years didn’t help things either. The show wasn’t very good and the booking makes things even worse, which really does explain ratings problems like this one.
