It’s that time of the week again. With a bout a month to go before “Hell in a Cell 2017”, WWE has a long time to set things up on “Smackdown Live”. That would include getting a new #1 contender to the Smackdown World Title as well as setting up a variety of other matches for the show.

WWE.com has released its official “Smackdown Live” preview, which includes two matches that were announced last week. First up, Natalya will face Ms. Money in the Bank Carmella in a non-title match, though the potential for a cash-in is always there. In the main event, Shinsuke Nakamura will face Randy Orton with the winner getting a shot at Jinder Mahal at some point in the future.

Here are the five stories previewed, including a video for each:

Opinion: I’m liking this idea of announcing stuff before the shows. The Nakamura vs. Orton match and Natalya vs. Carmella were both announced in advance and now that I’ve been reminded of them, I’m already more interested in them than I would be otherwise. The show looks good enough tonight and hopefully it lives up to the hype.
