Slow And Steady: Injured WWE Superstar Gives Update On Her Recovery (It May Be A Bit)

That’s a long time. Injuries are one of the worst things that can happen to a wrestler at any given time, as you never know how long they are going to be out of action. Some injuries are far worse than others and unfortunately one of the only things that can be done after someone gets hurt is wait. Despite what might seem to be taking place, a recently returned WWE star has a long way to go.

At Summerslam, Iyo Sky won the WWE Women’s Title from Bianca Belair. After the win, Bayley and Dakota Kai came into the ring to celebrate with Sky. This comes as Kai is healing from a torn ACL suffered in May. Kai appeared on a recent Twitch live stream and said that despite making being on Summerslam and the ensuing SmackDown, she is not yet healed. She also said she has just under six more months before she is medically cleared.

Opinion: That is still a long way to go but what matters is that Kai is at least on the way to recovery. That kind of a knee injury is one of the worst that a wrestler can suffer, and now she faces quite the long time to get better. I’m not sure I can imagine her being around for much longer at the moment as being on the road isn’t going to help her out very much so enjoy her being around while you can
