Come on in. AEW has been a game changer in the wrestling world as it offers a new place for wrestlers to go outside of WWE. In addition, the company has a history of bringing in more wrestlers from the independent circuit, allowing wrestlers their first chance on the big stage. Now it seems that they are doing this again with a star who has been around in recent weeks.

According to Fightful Select, Queen Aminata has been signed to a deal with AEW, though it is not clear if this is a full time deal or a per appearance deal. Aminata has been appearing on both AEW and Ring Of Honor programming in recent weeks. She has appeared in matches for AEW on and off since April 2021, though she missed the majority of last year with an injury.

Aminata has talent. Check out what she has done in the ring:

Opinion: This isn’t a big surprise as Aminata has been around so frequently in recent weeks that it makes sense or her to be on some kind of a deal. The company has something with her as she can do quite a few impressive things in the ring. She might be a longer term project but at least AEW sees the talent in her. It just might take some time to really get her to the next level.

What do you think of Aminata? How will she do in AEW? Let us know in the comments below.
