Serious Condition: Alexa Bliss Reveals She Had Skin Cancer Removed, Situation Cleared Up

That is serious. There are all kinds of problems that a wrestler can run into during their careers and a lot of them are health related. Those problems can mount up over the years and become rather serious. Others are more out of nowhere and pop up all at once. That was the case with a current WWE star but thankfully things have gotten a lot better in a hurry.

Alexa Bliss has been missing from WWE television since the Royal Rumble in January. Bliss recently took to Instagram to reveal that she had to deal with a skin condition. Now she has shared more details, revealing that she had a spot on her face, which was determined to be basal cell carcinoma, a form of skin cancer. Other cells were found during the procedure to take care of the problem but everything seems to have been cleared up. There is no word on when Bliss could return to WWE TV, though she has said she had a short recovery time.

There was a spot on my face yes- that had gotten worse. So went to get biopsy. Was basal cell carcinoma. During my procedure doc also found other squamous cells. Was a quick and easy procedure. Glad I always get my skin checked ?

Opinion: That is a scary situation and thankfully everything seems to have been cleared up, which is the best news possible. Having anything involving cancer is a serious matter and the good thing is that Bliss got everything checked out and solved before it got a lot worse. It will be nice to have Bliss back in WWE, as she is more than talented enough to make an impact.
