Saraya Reveals When Her AEW Contract Expires, Teases Possible WWE Return

Come back? The rise of AEW has changed the wrestling landscape in a major way. After decades of WWE dominating the wrestling industry, AEW offered wrestlers and wrestling personalities another place to go. That is something that can make a huge change of pace, but there are times when wrestlers head to AEW and then go back to WWE if they can. Another star is now teasing that as a possibility.

AEW star Saraya was interviewed by TMZ and revealed that her current deal expires this coming September and that she is not sure if she will re-sign with the company or not. Saraya went on to say that she loved WWE and “one day, who knows?”. Saraya left WWE in September 2022 after a string of neck injuries left her unable to wrestle. She has since returned to the ring in AEW.

Opinion: While I’m not sure I can imagine Saraya wrestling again in WWE after her history of neck issues, she is only 32 years old and can still do at least a few things in the ring. It would certainly be interesting to see her return to WWE as there has to be something she can do there, but for now, we are going to have to wait and see, as there is no guarantee that she will even leave AEW.
