It’s a different way to go for Samoa Joe. Wrestlers are in a strange place when it comes to being celebrities. They are indeed famous, but they are only famous for one thing. If they try to break into another form of entertainment in some way, they are often labeled as just a wrestler and that can become an issue. There are some spots available though, and a wrestler has claimed one of them.

One of the most important things that wrestlers have to do is talk. If you don’t have a reason for the fans to care about you, there is only so much that you can do to make the fans care about you. It helps when a wrestler can talk for a long time and have the voice to back it up. That is the case with a popular WWE name and that voice is going to get him a spot outside of the ring.

Monday Night Raw commentator Samoa Joe will be voicing the villain King Shark in the upcoming Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League video game. The trailer was released on Saturday, with Samoa Joe confirming that he will be voicing the character. The game is scheduled to be released on PlayStation 5, XBox Series X and PC at some point in the year 2022.

He can be excited. Check out the trailer, featuring Samoa Joe’s character:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that could work out rather well for someone like Samoa Joe. He is a known comic book fan and has a great natural voice, which can sound funny or threatening and all points in between. I could see this being rather successful and if it works out for him, then maybe it could lead to a bit of a side career. Playing off a natural talent is a great idea and hopefully it works out well for him with his in-ring career seemingly winding down.
