Yes again. It’s never good to see a wrestler, or anyone for that matter, who has issues with some kind of a vice. Some are more serious than others, but there are occasions where it doesn’t seem like it can get much worse, only to get worse. What makes it an even bigger problem is when the wrestling company doesn’t seem to do anything about it, which seems to be the case here.
According to PWInsider.com, Jeff Hardy was arrested on Thursday in Moore County, North Carolina and charged with driving while impaired. Hardy has since been released from jail. This is Hardy’s second arrest of the year, after an arrest for public intoxication in July. WWE has released a statement on the arrest, saying that Hardy is responsible for his own actions, the same statement they released regarding his previous arrest. Hardy is currently out of action due to a leg injury.

Hardy has done a lot of great things in his career. Check out one of his better moments:

Opinion: There isn’t much of a way to spin this as it is Hardy’s second issue involving some sort of intoxication or impairment in two and a half months. That isn’t something that has a positive side to it as he certainly seems like he needs some kind of help. That won’t happen until Hardy wants help though and there is no indication that he is interested in getting any at this point.

What should WWE do with Hardy? What will he do if/when he returns? Let us know in the comments below.
