Can you blame them? The Coronavirus has wrecked havoc on a lot of the wrestling world, including the wrestlers themselves. WWE wrestlers in particular have been shaken up pretty hard, as they are being asked to come to work every week or two in what could be considered an unsafe environment given the current conditions. Some of the wrestlers aren’t happy with this and are doing something about it.

Earlier this week, news broke about an NXT wrestler testing positive for the Coronavirus. This was rather disturbing to hear for a lot of the WWE roster as the unnamed wrestler had been part of the crowd at recent television tapings. It was not clear how many wrestlers he had been in contact with, but a good number of wrestlers weren’t happy. That has been made clear to their bosses and it could change things all over again.

According to WrestleTalk by way of Sportskeeda.com, some wrestlers are not happy with WWE’s lack of communication regarding the situation and are now asking for time off as a result. Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn have both requested and received such time off, with Zayn not appearing since WrestleMania 36 and Reigns not appearing since March. There is no word on who has made such requests or if the requests will be granted.

They might be joining this list. Check out some of the names who have been missing:

Opinion: I certainly can’t say I blame anyone for feeling this way. The entire situation has been quite the mess since the beginning and there is little reason to believe that WWE is going to change the way they are handling things anytime in the near future. I’m not sure what that is going to entail for everyone involved, but if WWE is losing even more names in the future, it is not going to go well for them whatsoever.

Are the wrestlers being unreasonable? Will WWE get better? Let us know in the comments below.
