RUMOR: WWE Planning Future Personal Heel Turn

That’s one way to go. There are a lot of wrestlers on the WWE roster and it can be difficult to figure out what to do with all of them. Sometimes they are going to need something to fix things up a bit, which can come in a variety of forms. One of the best ways to go about doing this is have a wrestler turn one way or another, which might be what we could be seeing sooner or leader.

One of the tried and true stories in wrestling history is having someone turn on a person close to them, be it friend or family. There is an emotional response that any fan can relate to from seeing something like this and WWE knows how to build something like this up. It is something that needs to be set up properly though and it seems that we are coming up on another one.

According to Wade Keller of PWTorch.com by way of SportsKeeda.com, WWE is moving towards turning Dominik Mysterio heel by having him turn on his father Rey. There is no word on when this might happen, though the two have been showing signs of issues in recent weeks, as Rey has tried to mentor Dominik through his losses. The two have never faced off in a match.

Opinion: This has felt like a strong possibility for a long time now and I would not be surprised to see it take place in the near future. Dominik does not have the strongest character in the world aside from being Rey’s son so striking out on his own would make a lot of sense. I’m not sure how well the match would go but at least it would be a step in the right direction.
