A rumor is better than nothing. With less than a month to go, we don’t know a lot about the card for “Fastlane 2017”. The only match set so far is the Universal Champion Kevin Owens defending against Goldberg. With less than four weeks to go, we now have some rumors on potential matches.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter by way of 411mania.com, two more title matches are rumored for the card. First up would be for the United States Championship with champion Chris Jericho defending against Sami Zayn in some kind of a gimmick match, which would play off Zayn getting cheated out of his recent title shot.

The second match would be for the Tag Teams Titles with champions Anderson and Gallows defending against Sheamus and Cesaro in a triple threat match also involving Enzo and Big Cass. There is also a chance that New Day could be added to make the match a four way tag but it’s not certain.

These wouldn’t be the biggest surprises in the world and I wouldn’t be shocked to see both of them happen. Jericho vs. Zayn in a pay per view match would have real potential and it’s not like the Tag Team Title situation can get much less interesting at this point. “Fastlane 2017” doesn’t need to be good but these could help it out quite a bit.

Which of these matches would you be more excited for? Does either title change hands? Let us know in the comments below.
