Rumor: Location Of WrestleMania 36 Set

It’s never too early to plan ahead. We’re coming up on WrestleMania 35 with less than six weeks to go before the biggest show of the year. You can probably figure out a lot of the card from here, but there is something else going on as well. What about next year with WrestleMania 36? I know it’s a long way off, but that doesn’t mean we can’t know something about it in advance.

According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, WrestleMania 36 will be taking place on April 5, 2020 in Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. WrestleMania 36 had been rumored to be taking place in the state of Florida in an undisclosed city. This would be the third WrestleMania to take place in Florida and the date will be officially announced at this year’s WrestleMania at the latest.

The city has been locked in and decided for months now.

Opinion: WrestleMania certainly does seem to like being down in Florida, which will be getting three out of thirteen shows (24, 33 and 36) should this be the case. That’s quite a bit, though it makes sense from a travel perspective. There’s a lot of stuff to do in Florida, but I could go for something a little closer to home. Either way, at least the weather should be good and the show could be fun.
