RUMOR KILLER On Controversial WWE Return

Him? There have been so many wrestlers throughout WWE’s history that it is almost impossible to keep track of them all. Some of them are going to stand out for one reason or another and unfortunately some of them are less positive than others. It can be interesting to see one of them come back later on and now one of them has been rumored to be doing just that.

In recent days, a rumor has spread online, saying that Velveteen Dream has been seen around the WWE Performance Center. However, Fightful Select is reporting that there is nothing to these rumors and there is reportedly no interest at all in bringing him back. In addition, Dream has posted to his Instagram Stories that he has not been in Orlando, Florida or at any WWE event of facility. Dream last wrestled in 2020 before being released from WWE following allegations of inappropriate communications with minors.

Opinion: That is a good thing to hear, as I can’t imagine a Dream return going well. He is certainly a talented wrestler but there are some things that you are not likely to come back from no matter what. It is a shame to see that kind of talent wasted but this is a case where something much more important than wrestling happened and there is no way around that.
