A pair to call to. Commentary is one of the most important parts of a wrestling show. Commentators can tell you what is going on and get you up to date in a hurry while also telling you what to expect later on in the night. At the same time they can guide you wherever the company wants you to go, which is why having the right team in place is incredibly important.

According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, Corey Graves is being moved to SmackDown Live permanently and will be calling the show with Michael Cole as part of a two man booth. Graves has been working both Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live for over a year now but will be solely on SmackDown Live moving forward. There is no word on who will be calling Monday Night Raw, though Vic Joseph has been rumored as the lead play by play announcer.

Opinion: This is something that makes sense as Graves has been around on commentary for a long time now and having him on the biggest show is a smart move. At the same time, it would help a lot to get him away from Renee Young and Byron Saxton, both of whom Graves spends too much time arguing with on either show. Let us see what he and Cole can do on their own, which should help a lot.
