That’s too far. Wrestlers have a difficult task every time they take part in a show, as they are asked to make the fans believe that what they are seeing is real without giving up the fact that what is being seen is all scripted. While fans may know what is really going on a good bit of the time, there are situations where the line between reality and storytelling gets blurred. That was the case this week in a serious manner.

The Rock’s daughter Ava, currently the General Manager of NXT, posted two Twitter, revealing that she has received death threats over the situation. Ava asked to be left out of it as she is busy running NXT and has nothing to do with what happened.

Ava deserves better than that. Check out what she has done in WWE:
Opinion: No matter what you think of the angle or the change in WWE’s decision, this is too far to put it mildly. It is beyond me that someone could this worked up over a wrestling angle but here we are, with a person having nothing to do with this over an implication that her father is going to be taking part in a match rather than Rhodes. It might not be the most popular story, but come on with this kind of reaction.
