Not just yet. The Coronavirus has changed a lot of things about how the wrestling world works, both for the main promotions and the smaller ones. While WWE and AEW have been able to run wrestling events without fans in attendance, it has not been the same for most of the other wrestling promotions in the country. Another was willing to try, but they aren’t quite there yet.

While AEW and WWE are the companies that get the most attention in the wrestling world, there are other places that a lot of fans have either heard of or seen. With so many other options out there, this is one of the best times that wrestling fans have ever had when it comes to content available. One company is going to have to wait a little bit longer for some fresh material though.

According to PWInsider.com, Ring of Honor has canceled plans to run a television taping with no fans in Baltimore, Maryland in July. The plans had been set for the company to return to television but a recent spike in Coronavirus cases has forced Ring of Honor to be forced to cancel. They may make another attempt in August but it is not clear if those will be able to work. Ring of Honor did tape a Tyler Bateman vs. Brody King match at a recent New Japan event, which will air on TV at some point in the future.

The company does have a lot to offer. Check out what they have available:

Opinion: This is something that doesn’t exactly surprise me as the spike in the Coronavirus cases are going to slow things down a lot for the time being. I’m not sure when Ring of Honor is going to be able to run events again, but given the fact that they are owned by Sinclair, money is not going to be an issue. Hopefully they can get some fresh material up, but it might be a long time.
