Guess who’s back. The Coronavirus has caused more changes to the wrestling world than anything in history. That is the kind of thing that almost no one could have seen coming and all kinds of things have been shifted around as a result. While WWE and AEW have received most of the attention during the entire situation, there are other promotions to remember. One of them is getting some good news.

Ring of Honor is one of the bigger promotions in the United States and have been around for the better part of twenty years. They have had their ups and downs over that time but they are still broadcast on national television every week. Since the pandemic began, they have been stuck running Best Of shows, but things are starting to look up for them in a big way.

Ring of Honor has announced that they will be running their next television taping at some point later this month at a location to be announced in Maryland. This will be their first television taping since February 29 and there will be no fans present. The event will focus on the Pure Title tournament, which had been scheduled to begin back in the spring but never got started. There is no word on who will be working the tapings.

Ring of Honor has a lot to offer. Check out what they have been missing:

Opinion: This is certainly a good thing as Ring of Honor has run almost twenty Best Of shows in a row. You can only get so far with those things and the company does not have the roster depth to go much further than that. I’m not sure how well the shows are going to go without fans, but Ring of Honor rarely ran large venues in the first place so it won’t be that big of a change.

What are you expecting from the tapings? Who do you want in the tournament? Let us know in the comments below.
