According to Fightful.com, WWE has registered trademarks for several former ECW pay per view events. WWE has never run any of these events under their own banner, including when ECW was revived starting in 2006. It is not clear if or when these shows will be used. NXT has previously presented shows originally used by WCW. The following show names have been trademarked:
• Barely Legal
• Cyberslam
• Hardcore Heaven
• Massacre On 34th Street

Opinion: WWE bringing back some of these older names, even less common ones like Massacre On 34th Street, do open some doors. Why bother trying to come up with some kind of new name that may or may not work when there are names right there to use? WWE knows how to make these things work and hopefully they can pull it off again with some of these.
