Leon Ruffin (formerly known as Leon Ruff in NXT) has announced that he is returning to the ring after being out of action since July 2023. Ruffin did not mention any place that he was planning to wrestle or when he would be returning to the ring. He is a former NXT North American Champion before moving on to wrestle in AEW in 2021 – 2023. There is no word on why he has been out of action for so long.

He has had quite the run. Check out his time in AEW and WWE:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that can make for some interesting moments, as Ruffin certainly had a run in NXT and saw some time in AEW. It could make for a nice deal if he is able to return to the ring as he could be valuable to a lot of different promotions. You do not get to see something like that very often and it would be nice to see him in the ring again sooner than later.

What do you think of Ruffin? Where would you like to see him go? Let us know in the comments below.
