Making an impact. Back in April, WWE released several wrestlers from their contracts, opening up a brand new field of free agents in the wrestling world. That is the kind of thing that you cannot predict and it can shake things up in a major way. You never know what you are going to see as a result and one of the bigger names is now going to be appearing for a pair of promotions.

Of all of the wrestlers released from WWE, there may not be a more confusing name than EC3. After becoming one of the bigger stars in the history of Impact Wrestling, EC3 moved back to WWE and seemed ready for a heck of a run. For some reason that never came to be though and EC3 left WWE after doing a grand total of nothing. He then released a series of videos about controlling his narrative and now we know more about where he is going.

According to PWInsider.com, EC3 is at today’s Ring of Honor television tapings and is expected to appear on the show. Should EC3 wrestle, it will be his first match with the promotion. EC3 returned to Impact Wrestling at Slammiversary and has since started a feud with Moose over the TNA World Title, though he has yet to return to the ring. EC3’s most recent match took place on the October 4, 2019 edition of WWE Main Event.

EC3 has made an impact in Impact Wrestling. Check out his time since his return:

Opinion: If this is what EC3 wants to go, good for him. Anyone who saw his original Impact Wrestling run can tell you that he is one of the better talents around. He has a great look and can talk, so what more can you ask for someone like him? For the life of me I don’t get why his time in WWE went so poorly, but he was never even given a serious chance around there. Hopefully the next run goes better, because he is better than what he got there.
