It might be a bit. There are all kinds of ways a wrestler could be injured and put on the shelf for a good while. That can mean some serious problems for wrestlers as there is little that can be done other than waiting to see how bad things have gotten. Unfortunately that seems to be the case again with a popular WWE Superstar, who was injured in a rather weird way.

Last week on SmackDown, Charlotte suffered a knee injury, which resulted in her being pulled from this weekend’s WWE live events. According to PWInsider.com, Charlotte is currently at her home in Florida and not on the road with WWE. She is said to be waiting on a full medical evaluation and a confirmation of her injury. Charlotte reportedly banged her head against her own knee during the match. It is not clear when she will be able to return to the ring.

Charlotte is quite good when she is around. Check out her recent efforts:

Opinion: That doesn’t sound great and now we might be waiting even longer to see what happens with Charlotte. A knee injury can be a scary situation and it could be quite a while before she is back. This feels like one of the flukiest of fluke injuries and that is the kind of thing that can leave someone on the shelf for a long time as you never know how much damage it could cause.

What does this mean or WWE? Who can take Charlotte’s place? Let us know in the comments below.
