Who runs this place anyway? Earlier this week, WWE changed up a lot of their roster with the Superstar Shakeup. Various talents were moved to different shows in order to freshen things up a little bit. One major name didn’t move though and that was Roman Reigns. He’s still on “Monday Night Raw” and it turns out that there’s a reason why.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the reason was WWE didn’t want to have to move Braun Strowman and Brock Lesnar as well. Both are scheduled to face Reigns at some point in the future and WWE didn’t want to move one without moving the other two. Reigns vs. Lesnar is still scheduled to main event “Wrestlemania XXXIV”.

Opinion: I get the concept here but it brings up a problem I’ve never understood: WWE does know that they control everything that goes on in the company right? As in, just because Reigns is on “Smackdown Live” one week doesn’t mean he can’t be on the other show the next week. Undertaker switched over to “Monday Night Raw” with no apparent explanation. Jack Swagger’s “Monday Night Raw” contract expired and he made the jump. If they moved Reigns to “Smackdown Live”, they would be able to move him back at the drop of a hat.
