That’s the plan? We are just over two months away from WrestleMania 40 and that means it is time for WWE to get most of the card together. While you can probably guess what some of the matches will be, there are some matches that might take you by surprise. That might be the case again, as we might have an idea of where WWE is heading with some of the bigger matches.

According to Sports Illustrated, the main event of WrestleMania 40 Night Two is not confirmed, but the Rock vs. Roman Reigns is likely to be the match. On the other hand, Night One’s main event is not expected to feature Cody Rhodes, meaning he is not expected to finish his story at the show. Instead, Rhodes is expected to face CM Punk, who had a face to face confrontation with Punk this week on Monday Night Raw. Finally, Gunther is expected to win the Royal Rumble and defeat Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship on Night One.

Opinion: That is certainly an interesting choice of matches and I’m curious to see how well it would go. At the end of the day though, this is all about the Rock vs. Reigns, which would be an all time main event. Other than that you have a huge Punk vs. Rhodes match, along with someone like Gunther getting the next big push. I could go for this show and if it all works out, we should be in for a good night.
