Possible Next US Title Challenger Revealed

That’s where we’re going. There are a lot of titles in WWE and that is going to be the case no matter what is going on. Champions help make the company go round because you can set up a title feud in the blink of an eye. All it takes is someone looking at someone else’s title the wrong way and something is set off. That seems to be the case here, even though the people are friends.

Over the last few weeks, Zelina Vega has been busy on Monday Night Raw. She has amassed a stable of wrestlers together, though things have not exactly been going well for them. The team doesn’t have a ton of major victories, though their mainstay success has been the United States Champion Andrade. The lack of success is leading to cracks in the foundation though, and that title reign might be in jeopardy.

Austin Theory, a member of Vega’s stable, posted a picture to Twitter showing himself holding Andrade’s United States Title while Andrade wasn’t around. This could suggest that Theory will be the next challenger to the title, and comes a week after the team was shown to be having issues. Theory has only been on the main roster since April and has yet to win any championship.

Opinion: This is a story that makes sense, though I’m not sure how interesting it is going to be. Theory is someone who hasn’t been around long enough to make much of an impact and Andrade’s title reign has hardly been historic. He has held the title for nearly five months and has only defended it a few times now. I’m not expecting a Theory title reign to be much better, but at least it would shake things up for a bit.
