We could use some good news. The spread of the Coronavirus has changed all kinds of things in the world and that includes the wrestling industry as well. Everything has been thrown into the air and there is almost no way of what is going to happen on a day to day basis. With so much chaos, the best thing that we can hear is some good news, which is what we have from the wrestling world.

One of the many stories surrounding WrestleMania weekend was the story of wrestlers missing the show due to health issues. In the current climate, everyone is scared of every possibility and that is something that you cannot shake at the moment. Several wrestlers were missing from the show as they were not in the cleanest of health. Now though, we have a positive update.

Rey Mysterio was recently interviewed by FOX Sports MX and, as translated by Comicbook.com, explained that he was feeling healthy and showed no signs or symptoms of Coronavirus. Mysterio was sent home from WrestleMania due to feeling ill, though he blamed it on a hard travel schedule to get to Orlando for the show. Had he performed, he would have been facing Andrade for the United States Title, though Andrade had to miss the show as well due to a rib injury.

Mysterio still has a lot to offer. Check out how he can go when he is healthy:

Opinion: I know it’s a little late for the show but at the same time it is still great to hear that Mysterio is healthy. Any kind of health situation is a scary moment right now and it is always nice to hear something positive like this. Hopefully it means that he can be back in the ring sooner rather than later as he is still capable of doing a lot of great things in a wrestling ring.

What is next for Mysterio? Will he ever be a champion again? Let us know in the comments below.
