Some very early planning. We’re not even a month removed from WrestleMania 35 and WWE has already announced the location for WrestleMania 36. That’s certainly not wasting time as they’re already setting things up for next year in Tampa Bay. In a bit of a change of pace though, they might already be getting ready for the year after that, with a major city in mind.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WrestleMania 37 may be held in Los Angeles in 2021. The city has already made a bid for the show, which would be held at the yet to be completed Los Angeles Stadium At Hollywood Park. The stadium, which will be the home of the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, will open in 2020 and host the 2022 Super Bowl, but the city wants to host WrestleMania before the Super Bowl.

Good things happen in Los Angeles. Check out a classic WrestleMania from the city:

Opinion: Works for me, though I could go for a show in the midwest so I don’t have to fly across country to see the show for a change. Los Angeles hasn’t hosted the show in a long time and it makes sense for WWE to want to go to one of the biggest cities in the country. The city is a major tourist destination and tying that into the show would be a heck of a way to make WrestleMania look more important.
