That can’t be a good idea. One of the most interesting things going in wrestling today is watching the Wednesday Night Wars. For the better part of a year now, AEW Dynamite and NXT have taken each other on to see who can have draw more of the audience on the same night at the same time. They are doing that in a big way both this week and next, but one wrestler might have messed things up.
Starting on July 1 and ending on July 8, AEW is presenting Fyter Fest while NXT is countering with the Great American Bash. NXT’s big event is ending with a title for title match between North American Champion Keith Lee and NXT Champion Adam Cole. That is a heck of a huge match and should draw a rather large audience, but what if the fans knew the ending in advance?
According to 411mania.com, NXT wrestler Saurav Gurjar, one half of the Indus Sher tag team, posted a since deleted image of Lee holding both titles with confetti falling. The match was taped in advance with both weeks of the show being filmed at the same time. However, NXT wrestler EJ Nduka has said that WWE filmed two endings to the show and you will get to see what happens next week.
We don’t run a sloppy shop. Two endings. Two stories. Find out next week.

These two have been on a collision course. Check out how we got here:
Opinion: This is one of those cases where your first reaction is probably something like “they couldn’t be this dumb.” I’d like to think that is the case, but if they Gurjar actually did spoil it, I can’t imagine his career has that much security. I’m not sure what is going to happen next week, as the double ending is certainly a possibility. That’s one of the good signs about NXT and I want to see how things go.
What do you expect to happen? Did WWE film two endings? Let us know in the comments below.
