Add him to the list. There are very few managers in modern wrestling history with the reputation of Paul Heyman. Built on his success with CM Punk and Brock Lesnar before and Roman Reigns now, it is easy to see why getting to be a Paul Heyman Guy is one of the most sought after accolades in wrestling today. Now we might have another name being added to Heyman’s ranks.

Back in August, Heyman joined forces with Reigns to become one of the best pairings in wrestling today. Under Heyman’s guidance, Reigns has become the Universal Champion again and there is nothing to suggest that he will be losing anytime soon. Heyman is back after Lesnar left the company and maybe now he can pick up another client. That seems to be the case.

Heyman was in Reigns’ locker room on this week’s SmackDown with Apollo Crews present as well. Reigns would go on to offer Crews some advice before Crews cheated to defeat Sami Zayn later in the show. This comes after Heyman spoke to Crews on last week’s Talking Smack, telling Crews that he needed to focus and be more serious to become the Intercontinental Champion. Crews will now be challenging Big E. for the Intercontinental Title next week on SmackDown.

Opinion: I mean, why not? Crews has been on the main roster for almost five years now and other than a fairly brief United States Title run last year, he has not done much of anything in WWE. That is not all his fault as he has barely been given a chance, so maybe this could lead somewhere for him. I could go for more of Crews as he has all the tools, and if Heyman gets him over the hump, good for everyone.
