They aren’t in. Every so often, a wrestler will be injured and put on the shelf. There isn’t much of a way to predict or prevent this from happening and you never know when it might take place. At the same time, there is always the chance that something is being done to advance a storyline, which hopefully is the case with two WWE Superstars who are currently out of action.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WATCH: Former Champion Makes Surprise Return To End Monday Night Raw

This week on Monday Night Raw, it was announced that both Finn Balor and Damian Priest were not medically cleared to compete following the brawl to end last week’s show. Balor did not appear on the show, though Priest appeared in multiple segments without getting physical. The two are currently set to defend their titles on Saturday at Fastlane against Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso. There is no word on if their injuries are legitimate or part of a storyline.

They’re talented champions. Check out Balor and Priest:

Opinion: This feels like something designed to keep the team out of action for the week before they defend the titles on Saturday. It would make sense to have them selling injuries after such a brutal fight and now we get to see where things go with them in the title match. Balor and Priest have already done fairly well with the titles and that very well may continue for a long time to come.

How have Priest and Balor done as champions? Who will take the titles from them? Let us know in the comments below.
