That looks terrible. Injuries are one of the worst things in wrestling as they can cause all kinds of problems all at once. In addition to messing with any storylines a wrestler may be involved with, there is also the much more important issue of a wrestler’s health. Once someone is injured, the best that can be done is wait for the next update. Now we have a big one from a recent injured star.

The main event of AEW/NJPW Forbidden Door saw Bryan Danielson defeat Kazuchika Okada. During the match, Danielson suffered a broken arm, which has kept him out of action since. Danielson has since posted an update, revealing that he underwent surgery to repair the arm “about two weeks ago”. The surgery included the insertion of a steel rod and nine screws into his arm. There is no word on when he will be returning to the ring.

Danielson is something special when he is around. Check out what he has done in AEW:

Opinion: Egads that is a nasty looking x-ray, but at least things are starting to go in the right direction for Danielson. The fact that he has already underwent surgery and is now on the road to recovery is a great thing to hear, but now we might be waiting for a very long time. That is a very serious injury and something that could take a long time for Danielson to overcome.
