In Order: Internal SmackDown Roster Rankings Revealed

Up and down the list. The 2023 WWE Draft has come and gone and the new Monday Night Raw and SmackDown rosters have officially been put into effect. That means a lot of things have been shaken up on the two shows and now it is time to start getting into the new reality. This includes figuring out who goes where, and now we might have an idea of that for some specific groups.

PWInsider Elite has released an internal listing of SmackDown’s top babyfaces and heels in its men’s singles division. The list is reflective of the new roster following the Draft’s completion earlier this month. Here are the top six on each side:

Babyfaces
1. Edge
2. Bobby Lashley
3. AJ Styles
4. Sheamus
5. Rey Mysterio
6. Santos Escobar

Heels
1. Roman Reigns
2. Solo Sikoa
3. Austin Theory
4. Karrion Kross
5. LA Knight
6. Grayson Waller

These lists can be changed at any time and WWE does not make such lists public or a part of any storyline.

There is a lot of talent to be found. Check out some of the bigger names in action:

Opinion: The first thing that I’m seeing here is the age of the good guys. Escobar is the youngest at 39 years old and the only one under 45 years old. While there is no real limit on the age of a successful wrestler, it might be a good idea to find a younger top star for fans to get behind. There is always the chance to switch things up a bit, and that might be something WWE should look into soon.
