Not so fast? If there is one thing that I have learned over the years in wrestling, it is to never say never. You may think that something is an impossibility but through one surprise after another, it winds up happening anyway. Sometimes this involves someone managing to get back in the ring after a career ending injury. We have seen that a few times and now there is a slight chance we could see it again.

There are very few wrestlers in recent memory as unique as Paige. Born into a wrestling family, Paige was nearly a prodigy who wound up being one of the top stars in NXT at a very young age. She even had a film made about her life, which told her story to mainstream fans. However, her career did not last that long due to a neck injury, but things might be changing one day.

During a recent appearance on Renee Paquette’s Oral Sessions podcast, Paige said that her neck felt good and she wants to come back to wrestling. At the same time though, there is always the thought in the back of her head that she could wind up paralyzed. She also said that she is not mentally ready to be back, but said that when she was, everyone would be in trouble. There is no word on if WWE would be willing to allow Paige back in the ring or if there is any interest in putting her on television in any role.

Paige was a force while she was around. Check out some of her better moments:

Opinion: For the life of me I can’t imagine Paige ever actually getting back in the ring. That kind of an injury is not the kind of thing that WWE is going to want to mess with, especially not after Paige came back for all of a few months in between injuries. A neck is a lot different than something like an elbow or an elbow, so I’m really not sure I can picture this happening.
