One More Time: Jey Uso Is At It Again With Rhea Ripley

It’s worth a shot. There are several different kinds of storylines that can be presented in wrestling but personal stories often create the most memorable moments. Personal can take several forms, including storylines revolving around romantic relationships. Now two of the more popular stars in WWE are teasing such a story, or at least one of the two is trying to do so.

Last month, the Judgment Day attempted to recruit Jey Uso, with Rhea Ripley saying she was a fan of Uso’s in an attempt to lure him to the team. Uso turned them down, but has continues referencing Ripley after saying no. Uso took to his Instagram Stories and posted an image of himself staring at the Judgment Day, with Ripley front and center. The photo is captioned “Jey Rizzo.” Ripley has not responded to the photo.

Opinion: That’s the kind of thing that will probably get some people talking while also making things a bit more interesting. The Uso/Ripley stuff is mostly done but Uso and Cody Rhodes have a Tag Team Title shot against Judgment Day at Fastlane this weekend. If this can add a little spice to the title match without hurting anything, that only makes things a bit better.
