On Friday, Ronda Rousey made her surprise Ring Of Honor debut, wrestling in a tag match that will air on a future edition of the promotion’s weekly show. According to Fightful Select, Rousey is not currently signed with either Ring Of Honor or AEW and is only working on a handshake agreement. There is no word on how long Rousey will wrestle for Ring Of Honor, or if there are plans for her to work in AEW.
Rousey can do some great things. Check out her Ring Of Honor debut, plus her time in WWE:
Opinion: I’m not sure I can imagine Rousey being around long term, but it is nice to see her getting to do something like this for a change. If Rousey still wants to wrestle, AEW or Ring Of Honor would be crazy to not try to bring her in. She is one of the most successful women in wrestling history and has a star power that most wrestlers do not possess. Keep her for as long as you can, because someone with her talent doesn’t come around very often.
What do you think of Rousey’s debut? Who would you like to see her face in either promotion? Let us know in the comments below.
