Ouch! There are all kinds of injuries in wrestling and some of them are the kind that are built up over time. On the other hand, some of them take place in the middle of a match and it is a shame when one of them happens. Someone can go on the shelf in a hurry and be out of action for a long time. Unfortunately that seems to be the case again after a recent match.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Back To It: Former WWE World Champion Makes Surprise Return At Live Event

The main event of this week’s Rampage saw Konosuke Takeshita defeat Bandido. Following the match, Bandido took to Facebook and revealed that he suffered a wrist injury during the match, as the bone may have been broken. Bandido said he needs surgery but is looking to get a second opinion. According to Wrestlingnews.co, the expected recovery time is a minimum three months.

He’s a star when he is around. Check out Bandido in AEW:

Opinion: That is terrible to hear and you never want to see something like that happen to anyone. Bandido has long since proven himself to be valuable in the ring and it would be a shame to have him out of action for such a long time. Hopefully a second opinion warrants a better answer, but this kind of an injury sounds like something that could keep him out of the ring for a long time.

What do you think of Bandido? How should he be used in AEW? Let us know in the comments below.
