That sounds serious. AEW has changed the way the wrestling world works as there is now another major American promotion where wrestlers can showcase themselves on the big stage. That is something that has been lacking for decades and it has been quite the upgrade for the industry. That does not mean everyone is happy though and that is certainly the case for someone currently on their roster.

AEW star Rey Fenix took to Twitter over the weekend and responded to a fan who was complaining about Fenix not being used by the company. Fenix said that he would have the chance to speak the truth. Later, Fenix sad that “no one stays in a place where they received inhumane treatment.” It is not clear if Fenix was talking about himself or his brother, Penta El Zero Miedo, who left the promotion earlier this week. Fenix has not wrestled for AEW since July and was expected to leave and join WWE, but AEW extended his contract due to previous injuries.

Fenix is a big deal when he is given the chance. Check out his time in AEW:

Opinion: I’m not sure what Fenix is talking about, but unless this is part of a surprise storyline, it could get a lot worse before it gets better. Fenix is pretty clearly not likely to be used by AEW anytime soon and doesn’t want to be there any longer. It might be best for everyone for AEW to just let him go and cut everything off, as otherwise it could get rather nasty in a hurry.
