Come one, come all. We’re getting close to “Battleground 2017” and that means it’s time to set things up for the pay per view. Alongside John Cena returning to WWE last week, the big story seems to be AJ Styles winning the United States Title over the weekend at a house show in Madison Square Garden. WWE.com has released an official preview looking at the other major issues being addressed on the show.

AJ Styles wonders if Kevin Owens deserves a U.S. Title rematch: Exclusive, July 7, 2017

In addition to the US Title situation, the show will also focus on Tye Dillinger vs. Jinder Mahal in a non-title match, singles matches between the Usos and New Day, a potential Texas edition of the Fashion Files, and someone rising above the rest in the women’s division. You can read the full preview here:

Opinion: They’re getting close to the nothing pay per view before we start on the real road to “Summerslam 2017”. With Orton out filming a movie, you can almost guarantee a bigger focus on Styles vs. Kevin Owens. We’ll have to see where things go from here but you can see most of the “Battleground 2017” card from here.
