What’s on tap? With less than two weeks before “Backlash 2017”, it’s time to really get things rolling towards the pay per view. Most of the card is either already announced or very clear but there are still a few gaps to fill in. Tonight should go a long way towards establishing that as the show is taped from London, England.

As usual, WWE.com has released an official preview for the show with the major story being the return of Smackdown World Champion Randy Orton. We haven’t seen the champ since he was defeated in the House of Horrors match at “Payback 2017”. His next challenger, Jinder Mahal, currently has the title belt so Orton is likely out for revenge.

The preview also hypes up the following stories:

Becky Lynch faces Natalya one week after battle lines were drawn.

Dolph Ziggler to confront Shinsuke Nakamura.

Will the Usos respond to “The Fashion Files”?

Opinion: Is it bad that I’m looking forward to the Breezango stuff more than anything else on this list? That thing was hilarious last week and there’s a good chance that it can be the same this week. Orton vs. Mahal really isn’t doing much for me and I had honestly forgotten that Orton wasn’t on the show last week. That’s not a good sign, but there’s other stuff to get excited about besides the main event.
