It can happen to anyone. There are all kinds of injuries that can happen in any given wrestling match and that is never a good thing to see. The worst part of an injury can be waiting to find out just how bad things are because it could mean a very long time on the shelf. That seems to be the case again, but this time we have an idea for how long someone is going to be out.
Last week’s NXT featured a Falls Count Anywhere match with Solo Sikoa defeating Von Wagner. This week’s NXT included a segment with Sikoa in the trainer’s room, where he was told he had a sprained PCL. As a result, Sikoa will be out of action for anywhere from four to six weeks. There is no word on if the injury is legitimate or part of a storyline for Sikoa.
Opinion: That is never good to hear but what matters is that the injury could be a lot worse. A sprained PCL is a serious enough injury but he could be out a lot longer if things were that much more serious. Sikoa is someone who is being used well in NXT and it wouldn’t surprise me to see him move up the ladder when he is cleared to get back in the ring later this year.
What do you think of Sikoa? What will he do when he gets back in the ring? Let us know in the comments below.
