Not Yet: WWE Reportedly Changes Plans On Missing Superstar Joining Stable

Maybe later. It can be a big deal when a wrestler moves up from NXT to the main WWE roster. That is the kind of thing that can change a wrestler’s career trajectory in the blink of an eye and it can be interesting to see where it goes. At the same time, it can be a bit of a tricky situation to pull off, and that seems to be the case again as a WWE star might have to wait for their debut.

In recent weeks, Bobby Lashley has teased B-Fab joining his stable on SmackDown. Around the same time, rumors have circulated that Odyssey Jones could be added to the group as well. However, according to Fightful Select, this will not be happening at the moment. There is no word on why WWE decided against Jones, or if the move will be made at some point in the future. Jones has yet to wrestle on the main roster.

Opinion: I’m not sure why WWE changed pace here but maybe they didn’t think enough of Jones to put him on the main show so far. At the same times, Jones has done quite a few things in NXT and it would be a shame to have him sit around on the sidelines much longer. He already missed quite a bit of time due to injury and now he is going to be waiting around again to get on the show.
