Not yet: Latest On Jamie Hayter’s Injury Status In AEW

Not yet? Injuries can be devastating to any wrestler as you never know how long they are going to be out of action. Someone being put on the shelf can result in all kinds of changes to everything going on around them, as well as with others. It can be an even bigger moment when someone returns to action, but right now one such return is not entirely clear.

AEW’s Jamie Hayter has been out of action since May 28, 2023 following a severe back injury. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, there is currently no word on when she will be able to return to the ring. However, last year she was said to be expected to return to the ring in early 2024. Hayter’s most recent match took place at Double Or Nothing 2023, when she lost the AEW Women’s Title to Toni Storm.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that you never want to hear, as Hayter has already been out of action for nearly nine months and right now all we can do is wait to see when she will return. That is a terrible injury and hopefully Hayter can come back better than ever. She was just starting to put everything together when she got hurt and having her back for another big run would be great to see.
