Not Yet: Damian Priest Reveals Why He Cannot Cash In Money In The Bank Right Now

That explains a few things. There are certain concepts in WWE that take place every single year with all kinds of unique rules and regulations. You see them take place every year and have a good idea of what is going to come with them, but occasionally you will see a bit of a twist. That appears to be the situation again as a wrestler is explaining why he hasn’t been doing something lately.

Back on January 15, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins suffered a knee injury, which has put him out of action for several weeks. Mr. Money In The Bank Damian Priest was interviewed by The West Sport, where he revealed he was not allowed to cash in his contract until Rollins was medically cleared to compete. Priest can still cash in on Roman Reigns at any time. He has until July 1 to use his contract.

Opinion: That makes sense, though it’s almost hard to fathom that every cash in would have been on someone deemed cleared to compete. At the same time, the bigger issue here would seem to be that WWE has yet to explain this on television. There has been no explanation of why Priest has not cashed in on the injured champion, which is something that can be solved in the span of about three seconds. WWE might want to get on that.
